Well today, Woke up with a since of i really need to do something with my self..Remembering back in high school when i was in cheer and dance i felt on top of the world, i came to the conclusion that one of
the reasons was because i was always ACTIVE doing something some exercise a work out to make my core stronger. Well i hate to say it now since i got comfortable with my wonderful husband i have packed on more then a few pounds. They say your freshmen 15.. i went to school for a couple of semesters and yes did add 15lbs.. when i started to date my husband i was only about 125 with the wonderful freshmen 15 i might add, Now after dating for 3years and married almost on i have gain almost a total of 45LBS!!
YES correct, i now weigh in at 170! When you put it into prespective it sounds horrible! While watching
the DR'S on channel 4 this morning it was all about weight loss.. crazy to think i was just laying in bed thinking man i really feel fat right now i need to get my butt in gear.
on the dr's this morning they said..
1) Make a list of the reasons why you want to loose the weight2) Stop making EXCUSES
3) You say you dont have the money
4) Not sure where to start/ no motovation
AFTER
The show i started to think well i really need to take what they said and put it to use.. so
1) MY LIST:
* To be able to do what i want and not be winded
* To be the girl that everyone i mean everyone WANTS to be
* Be more like my husbands Girlfriend not his Wife..
* I know its probably horrible but i want to be skinny so
that my husband wants to tell ppl im his Wife! Is Proud of me!
2) My wonderful EXCUSES!
* Im to tired, just wanna be lazy!
* Takes to much effort..
* just want to sleep
* But the food i love is not good for me.. i dont care
AND MY FAVORITE
* IM FAT CUZ IM HAPPY AND IM HAPPY CUZ IM FAT
3) No MONEY yup thats me!
* but only if i had a gym membership i would go i SWARE!
* JUST dont have the time
4) No Motavation
* its true i work on average 35 hours a week when i get home i dont want to EXERCISE!
* I BARLEY have time to spend with my husband all i want to to is just be with him..
And at this time the No Motivation, No Money, Wonderful Excuses Have got me no where but farther
in the whole.. so im going to post some before and after Pictures and also i have set a goal for my self to loose 20lbs in 20DAYS STARTING TODAY.. I WILL post my weight and my exercise that i have done for each day, and also what i ate for each day! Thanks Everyone!
